Cancellation Policy
We fully understand the busyness of everyday life and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, however, no shows and last minute cancellations have an impact on our business, individually and as a whole.

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or remove any services from your appointment.

Without proper notice there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

A No Show will be charged the full price of the appointment.
Deposit Policy
Crop Salon may require a 20% deposit on services over 2.5 hours. Your deposit will be applied to your service the day of your appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour notice, the deposit will be applied to the next appointment.

A No Show forfeits the deposit and the full price of the appointment will be charged.
All services can be secured with Visa, MC or Amex

Running Late
Please call us right away and we will do our best to make it work.
If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, we may need to modify or reschedule the appointment.
Children's Policy
Appointments may be scheduled for children of any age when they will be accompanied by a guardian.
However, for safety reasons, we ask that children under 12 years of age without an appointment stay home.
Our salon is full of sharp objects and hot tools, and we do not want your little one getting hurt while you are receiving your service!
